Welcome to the GHISS Sikh Youth Gurmat Retreat. We appreciate your commitment and dedication towards the 'Chardi Kala' of the Sikh Panth. We are sure you will be a great asset to the retreat and will have a memorable experience at the retreat. You may view the bio of some of the key speakers on the retreat flyer. Please complete the following form and note that you are required to send in a registration donation of at least $100 before your registration can be accepted. The seats are limited, so we advise you to register as soon as possible. You may also download a PDF version of the form and mail it along with your donation.

1) If you plan to do a workshop, seminar, or any other activity, please give a brief description of the activity along with the duration and any items (like projector, white board, etc.) needed. Please note that we will try our best to accomodate all the activities, but due to time constraints, we may not be able to accomodate all. You will be informed at least 1 week in advance if your workshop/activity is selected for the retreat.
